They must be ready to go and able to stand on their own two feet on their own merit. Many firms help source just warm bodies that have gone through their screening process, resume building, career coaching and other “hand-holding” services that in the end cost their clients excessive fees. We operate at a fraction of standard recruiting fees, since we’re essentially a match maker of sorts. We take the time to get to know our candidates and client needs, and present only candidates we would consider hiring ourselves. Once connected with our candidates, our clients control the entire interview and hiring process, and since we work on a contingency basis, it is a win-win for all parties should the hiring party find a better candidate through their own resources.
